Return, Replacement & Marketing Policy

  1. Recording a proper unboxing video at the time of receiving the product is mandatory (start from the sealed package).
  2. If an unboxing video is not available, no action will be taken on any damage or missing item complaints.
  3. Product damage claims will only be accepted based on the unboxing video.
  4. If the product is found damaged and no valid proof is provided, return or replacement will not be accepted.
  5. Video recording must begin before opening the product box (sealed condition should be clearly visible).
  6. Used, tampered, or intentionally damaged products will not be accepted for return.
  7. Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  8. Customers can change their delivery address for future orders, but changes are not possible once the order is shipped.

Ad Marketing & Delivery Policy

  1. Ads will be targeted only to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (to ensure better delivery success and lower RTO).
  2. Services will be restricted in some remote, rural, and high RTO areas such as:
  • Rajasthan
  • Bihar
  • Jammu and Kashmir
  • Assam
  1. Orders from rural or low-serviceable areas in these states will not be accepted; delivery will be available only in selected cities.
  2. If an order is received from a non-serviceable or remote location, it may be canceled or put on hold.
  3. The company focuses on fast delivery, low RTO (Return to Origin), and high success rate — therefore, selective targeting and location filtering are applied.
